Frequently Asked Questions
Does iSnap provide rentals?
iSnap does not provide rentals directly. However we have a wide network of partners that will rent iSnap photo stations for events. Please contact one of our sales consultants and they will be happy to direct you to a partner in your geography or industry.
If your company does more than 2 or 3 events a year it’s usually more affordable to purchase an iSnap photo station than to rent. And, while not in use you can install your photo station at your place of business to keep the social media marketing going.
Can I change the picture overlay myself?
Yes, you can easily create and install graphic screen overlays on your photo station. Overlays are transparent png files so you have complete creative control.
As a subscriber to the Pro Marketing Tools package, you can load multiple overlays on your photo station simultaneously so that users can select the brand artwork that they like best. Or, even better, so they can share many different photos with their friends.

iSnap photo stations can be connected via standard Ethernet cable or through wifi. Customers have also had success using cellular hotspots to connect the photo station. We recommend a wired ethernet connection for reliability, if you use a wireless technology make sure there is a strong consistent signal.
Note: iSnap has a fail-safe mode. If Internet connectivity is lost the photo station will go into an offline mode and only allow emails to be sent. These email messages and pictures will be stored on the photo station until an Internet connection is again available. Once connectivity is re-established the photo station will send the customer photos.
